Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
think2earn (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) operates an AI agent platform at
https://chat.think2earn.com and related official
clients (including the Android app published under package name
com.think2earn.chat). We provide chat with AI agents, optional tools
(code execution, browsing, search), file/artifact storage, billing, and related
features.
Controller for personal data processed through the Service is the think2earn operator of the production deployment at chat.think2earn.com. Contact: [email protected] (or the support channel listed in-product if that mailbox is not yet active).
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- The web application at chat.think2earn.com
- Official mobile applications that connect to the same backend
- API access under your account (e.g. API keys on
/v1)
It does not cover third-party sites or services you open through agent tools (for example websites the agent visits on your instruction), which have their own policies.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Account and authentication
- Email address, display name (if provided)
- Authentication identifiers from our identity provider (e.g. Amazon Cognito subject ID) and, if you use Google/GitHub sign-in, profile fields those providers share with us for login (typically email and name)
- Session tokens / cookies used to keep you signed in
- Organization membership and role (e.g. owner) for multi-user orgs
3.2 Content you provide and agent activity
- Chat messages (user and assistant), titles, and conversation metadata
- Files, images, and other artifacts you upload or that agents generate
- Memories, preferences, plans, and similar product features you use
- Tool telemetry related to agent runs (e.g. tool names, status, limited previews) needed to show progress and support the product
3.3 Usage, device, and technical data
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, user agent / app version
- Device and OS type (including mobile app package version)
- Log data: timestamps, request paths, error diagnostics
- Product usage metrics (e.g. turns started, features used), when enabled
- Cookie / local storage preferences (e.g. consent choices, UI settings)
3.4 Billing and payments
- Plan selection, credit balance, and usage ledgers (tokens, runs, etc.)
- Payment events processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy policy
4. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service (authentication, chat, agents, artifacts, billing, support)
- Enforce acceptable use, prevent abuse, and protect the Service
- Communicate service-related notices (security, billing, material policy changes)
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests
- Measure product reliability (with consent where required for non-essential analytics)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your chat content or uploaded files to train foundation models for third parties. Model providers process prompts/outputs solely to return inference results for your sessions, subject to our configuration and their terms.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable)
- Contract — to provide the Service you request
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement that does not override your rights
- Consent — non-essential cookies/analytics where required
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, or compulsory process
6. Processors and subprocessors
We use infrastructure and service providers under contract, including for example:
| Category | Examples of purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloud hosting & data stores | AWS (compute, DynamoDB, S3, logging, identity) |
| AI model / agent runtime | Amazon Bedrock / AgentCore and related inference |
| Authentication | Amazon Cognito; optional Google/GitHub as identity providers |
| Payments | Stripe |
| Edge / CDN / tunnel | Cloudflare (or similar) for delivery and protection |
These providers process data only as needed to run the Service, under agreements that restrict use of personal data.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use:
- Essential cookies / storage — session authentication, security (e.g. OAuth state), load balancing
- Preference storage — UI and consent choices
- Optional analytics — only when you opt in via our cookie consent controls (where shown)
Mobile apps store session tokens in platform secure storage (or equivalent) rather than browser cookies.
8. Retention
- Account and conversation data: retained while your account is active and until you delete content or the account, subject to backups
- Agent workspace temporary files: may be purged automatically (e.g. on recycle or after a retention window such as ~30 days)
- Logs and security records: retained for a limited period for operations and abuse investigation
- Billing records: retained as required for accounting and tax law
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the risk, including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and isolation of agent runtimes from other customers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for protecting account credentials and API keys.
10. Sharing
We share personal data only:
- With processors who help us operate the Service (Section 6)
- With your organization administrators if you join an org workspace
- When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required
11. International transfers
The Service is primarily operated using infrastructure in the United States (and other regions as configured). If you access the Service from elsewhere, your data may be processed in those locations. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms.
12. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact us using the details in Section 1. You may also delete conversations or account data in-product where those controls exist.
Access, export, and deletion: At https://chat.think2earn.com/delete-data (sign in required for in-product tools) you can:
- Export a machine-readable copy of selected categories (chats, files metadata, memories, preferences, usage, etc.). Processing is asynchronous; when ready, download a ZIP from the same page for up to 24 hours.
- Delete selected data while keeping your account (confirmation
phrase
DELETE SELECTED DATA) — e.g. wipe chats or files without closing the login. - Delete the entire account (phrase
DELETE MY ACCOUNT), which also removes the sign-in identity so the old account cannot be recovered. Re-registration creates a new empty account.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account. Stripe receipts and short-lived security logs may remain under limited retention as described on that page.
You may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
13. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
14. Mobile applications (Google Play / app stores)
Our official mobile apps request access only as needed to provide chat and account features, for example:
- Network access to communicate with chat.think2earn.com
- Secure local storage of session credentials
- Optional system browser / Custom Tabs for OAuth sign-in
We do not use mobile advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking ads. Data practices for mobile match this policy; the same backend processes your chats and account.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, announced in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
