Terms of Service
1. The service
think2earn ("the Service", "we") provides AI agent sessions: you give an autonomous software agent instructions, and it performs work — running code, browsing, generating files — inside an isolated cloud environment, returning results and artifacts to you. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for all activity under your account. Organization owners are responsible for the activity of members they invite.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to: violate any law; infringe others' intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; develop, distribute, or operate malware or attack tooling; attempt to access other customers' data or break the isolation of agent environments; harass or harm others; send spam; or resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
4. AI outputs — no warranty
Agent outputs are generated by machine-learning systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them. The Service must not be used as the sole basis for decisions with legal, medical, financial, or safety consequences.
5. Your content and artifacts
You retain ownership of the content you upload and of artifacts the agent produces for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, and transmitting your content; and processing it through third-party model providers (e.g. cloud inference services) solely to deliver the Service. We do not use your content to train models. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
6. Data retention
Conversation history and library artifacts persist until you delete them or your account is closed. Temporary working files in agent environments may be automatically deleted (currently after 30 days, or when the environment is recycled). We may retain backups for a limited period after deletion.
7. Plans, credits, and payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Usage-based credits are consumed by agent activity (model tokens and compute); spending caps and concurrency limits apply per plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
8. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without uptime guarantees, during this early-access period. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination you may export your library artifacts for 30 days, after which they may be deleted.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
