1. Export a copy of your data (GDPR portability)
Choose categories, request an archive, then come back to this page (usually within minutes; packages stay available for 24 hours). We assemble chats, files metadata, memories, and related records into a ZIP. API key secrets are never re-exported — only key metadata (label, prefix, dates).

2. Delete selected data (keep your account)
Removes the chosen content permanently but leaves your login, subscription, and profile identity in place. You can keep using think2earn. Profile/email identity can only be removed via full account deletion (section 3).
Categories to delete
3. Delete entire account (irreversible)
What is deleted
- Account profile (name, email association, user id)
- Chat conversations and messages
- Uploaded and generated files / artifacts
- Memories, preferences, learning items, API keys
- AgentCore long-term memory (when enabled)
- Sign-in identity (password / Google federation for this app)
- Sole-member workspace: organization, subscription state, usage ledger
- think2earn hosted project backends (customer app database, auth pool, and public URL). Chat identity deletion is immediate. The hosted database drop is unrecoverable after the 7-day cluster backup (PITR) window, not immediately.
What may be kept
- Stripe payment receipts under Stripe’s retention (we cancel the subscription when possible; no full card numbers on our servers).
- Security / operational logs for a limited period without chat bodies.
- Anonymized deletion audit (hashed ids only).
- Hosted database backups. Cluster snapshots may retain dropped-database bytes until the 7-day PITR window expires.
